We called several TV repair companies, including Pro Video TV Repair, a family owned business, when our 60″ Sony flat screen no longer had a picture and did not have audio. This occurred the Friday before the Super Bowl. Pro Video was the only company that responded to our call. We explained our problems to Lorraine. She was great. We then talked to Bill. Bill and his son, Billy, arrived at our home around 4pm that day. Based on our conversation, Bill brought a 70″ Sony flat screen TV with him. There were currently multiple connectivity issues. Our audio video system was connected through our aged amplifier to the receiver (cable box). We also had 4 ceiling speakers and a sub-woofer wired into the wall and ceiling. Bill indicated that the latest Firestick would solve our connectivity problem and would be less expensive than replacing our amplifier. Bill demonstrated his commitment to our complete satisfaction. He wanted to make sure that we could effectively operate the TV and able to stream before he left. As a result, Bill and his son did not leave until 10pm. Bill told us to call him if we had operator questions. We ended up calling him on Super Bowl Sunday with some questions. We talked to Lorraine and Bill. They spent an hour with us on the phone to confirm that we could effectively operate the TV. We are “seasoned seniors” and Pro Video demonstrated their exceptional commitment to our satisfaction. Bill, Lorraine and Billy have earned our lifelong audio visual business.

Our TV had froze and we tried everything we could think of to get it up and working. We thought it was something our grandchildren had done. We called ProVideo. They actually tried to help us over the phone by telling us additional things to do. When that was not successful, Bill Sr came out. It turns out our TV had been struck by lightning and we did not know it. Our entire system had been very poorly set up from the beginning. Bill, Sr was here for three and one half hours working on our system. He is very thorough and does what is best for you. He is extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Pro Video. Great customer service! The experience was wonderful! They responded on a weekend after my house was hit by lightening damaging my almost new 75 inch Samsung TV. Phenomenal experience with these guys! Our TV went out on a Sunday. I called fully expecting to get voice mail and was shocked when someone actually answered the phone. My home was struck by lightning and many electronic devices were damaged, some beyond repair. Two Samsung TVs were damaged and I needed to get information for the insurance as to cost to repair or statement they were not able to be repaired. Bill, Lorraine and Billy are honest and affordable……and did I say honest. I fact checked everything Bill told me including how much of a deal I was getting for my replacement 65” Sony XBR. My kids threw “something” at my old television and cracked the screen. Bill could sense how angry and sad I was over the phone and turned that nightmare into a beautiful experience. As a side note, I told Bill that I didn’t need a lot of help with hook up for the new tv because all of the previous hookups were still in place. When Billy showed up, we had to redo the whole thing. This tv was bigger than the previous one and my previous setup was not the correct parameters. Billy helped me redo everything over two additional hours he didn’t plan to be at my house. He did this with no complaining and used all of his brute strength. Keep feeding him Lorraine! My family room is better than it was before. Bill spared my wallet and the lives of my children (who still will not rat on the culprit who broke the old tv). Great Family business!!!

OMG, I freaked out when my 47” vizio started having issues. My cousin told me about
Pro Video TV Repair. They not only pick up my TV on a Sunday evening they returned it on Tuesday like new. The TV is working perfectly. Unbelievable! Can’t say enough good about this experience. I am a business owner and have always put my customers first. As my grandmother taught me, the only profit you have control over is your integrity. It’s the only thing you can count on taking with you wherever you go. Now I know another business that believes like I do. The turn around time was two days on a 75″ TV. Pick up and delivery included if repaired. They picked it up on Friday and called to deliver on Sunday. Who does that! I referred them to another family member who was having trouble finding a reputable repair place. They asked for the address (only 10 minutes away) and offered to go take a look at it before returning to the shop. This is at 7 PM on a Sunday. I did not reveal that I am in the computer business. When the repairman called with the results of the diagnostics, I knew he was being honest and trying to help me decide what to do. It was like we were related. I could go on but instead I will say that I almost never give reviews because I expect a good business standard and I don’t think that needs to be rewarded. And I won’t waste my time on a bad review. Nice family owned business. After discussing my tv issues with Lorraine, I agreed to have my 63″ Samsung picked up and diagnosed to see if it was worth fixing. She was very professional and knowledgeable at what she does.

Pro Video was polite, on time, and skilled throughout the repair and installation process. They even went above and beyond by fixing the slats on my bed (which was worse for the wear from my recent move). Nice people, great service.

Bill from Pro Video came with his son yesterday to install a new Samsung 55" TV. I had a DVD player and DVD recorder and cable box all hooked up to the previous tv and they need to be hooked up again. The wiring gave him a ton of trouble especially because he discovered my cable box had a bad port which did not allow him to set up my new tv initially. The man was determined to figure all the wiring out and was here at least four hours! He would not stop until all was perfect. If you need a new tv or just a repair, especially if you have a complicated situation this is the business to call!

I called Bill again, he'd come out several years ago, to fix the image on my Rear Projection Screen 57 inch Hitachi TV. As always, he came out, took the time to explain what was wrong, what he was doing to fix the issue, and what to do if other components fail. After all, the TV is 16+ years old, I bought it when the Tampa Bucs won the Super Bowl! He is fair, professional and always does a great job! The picture, once again, looks great! It's hard to believe that this is a 16 year old set! I'll hire him again if anything goes wrong with my TV. He makes house calls too!

I have a 55 inch LG TV. It’s only 3 years old. The sound went out on it two days ago. I tried everything to fix it on my own. New HDMI cables, factory reset the TV, added an external speaker, nothing worked. So I called Pro Video TV in Land O’ Lakes and spoke with Lorraine. Told her my issue and without hesitation, she told me to reboot my cable box and call her back. I did as she said and it worked. I so appreciate her trouble shooting it on the phone with me. Most companies would have come out to the house or have you bring the TV in and charged you to repair something as simple as that. I am grateful I found a very honest and professional company. No wonder they have been in business for 35 years. Thank you again Lorraine.

We are repeat customers and this morning our TV died. I called Pro Video and spoke with Bill. He suggested a replacement tv because the parts were going to cost more than a new tv would. Bill had just the one in stock and delivered it, installed it, explained it all in the same day. Not many businesses would suggest such a thing because fixing it would've cost me more $. Bill being an honest business man had a better option. We are very happy with our experience today and would definitely recommend him for your tv repair service.

Normally we don't submit a review but upon using pro video we must say Bill and Lorraine were very professional, honest and timely in servicing our tv. It's not common in today's world to find people that exhibit their professionalism. We will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. We appreciated their fair pricing.

Hard to find local companies any more that are experts in their field but these guys at Pro Video know their stuff. Great to get an informed honest opinion to avoid wasting time and money. I have had them do repairs and bought two TV's from them at a cost way lower than from a big box stores. Plus they do all the set up and walk you through all the features which you definitely don't get anywhere else.

It is so hard to find honest and personable people in any type of business these days! They came out to my home in a matter of a few hours and found the problem explaining exactly what it was. Although it was not what we wanted to hear about our beloved LG 55" LED 3D smart tv¿ He made some recommendations and we ended up purchasing a very comparable tv with a great picture for a VERY reasonable price and they brought it to us same day, set it up, and stayed until the picture was perfect! Highly recommend them to anyone and will be doing business in the future!

We were fortunate to have Bill, the owner of Pro Video, to service our 72" TV. We were able to procure a quick appointment which was fortunate since we were expecting houseguests to spend a few days with us at Christmas Time. He arrived on time and was able to repair and upgrade the TV in our home explaining the repairs he was doing and giving us expert advice on how to operate the tv and universal remote. In addition he hooked up a dvd recorder with no extra charge. We recommend this company for reliable service and fair pricing.

Pro Video saved our Samsung DLP TV!!! We are fans for life...it was such a pleasant surprise to find a company who could actually fix something rather than suggesting you buy a new one. We wish we had found them last year when a power surge zapped our receivers and sub-woofer. We tossed expensive units that ProVideo could probably have repaired. We called Bill from pro video after calling a few other T.V repair shops in town. Bill's quote was less then any one else by quite a bit! He came out the same day at the time he promised. When Bill and his son arrived they were very courteous. Bill said by the time I am done with your repair your T. V. picture will be better then new!!! He was not kidding. I could not believe the picture quality. It was Amazing!! " I had a grin on my face from ear to ear!" He went above and beyond to make me happy. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He new exactly what was wrong after explaining the problems I was having with my T.V. After having 40 years of experience he said he new every problem a T.V. could have. Later that night I noticed a small line in the picture. I called Bill that same evening and he came back the very next day at the time he promised. Great, fast, honest, and cheap service at my own house! Other places I called were more expensive, didn't have the parts in stock, and wanted me to bring my huge TV to their shop. I have a 67" Samsung LED DLP TV that had the dreaded white dot problem. They went above and beyond that problem, diagnosing other things that would've caused another service call down the road. They were very knowledgeable about my model TV's common problems and did some maintenance and upgrades of capacitors and the chip to insure years of trouble free service. Other shops and EBay dishonestly advertise 'original' parts as a benefit, but there are newer better parts that won't cause the same problem to keep reoccurring and these guys use them. If you're like me and have a TV that you made a big investment in and were happy with originally, give these guys a call before you junk it and buy another one. Thanks guys!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Bill and his son Bill! I got the "dot" curse on my beautiful 83" Mitsubishi TV. I looked up the problem online,watched a video and thought I could fix it myself.What an idiot!!!!!! I could have paid a professional $500.00 to fix it if I had left it alone.Because of the mess I made,it cost me almost three times that. I called on a Saturday,late afternoon and explained my dilemma to Bill's lovely wife.Less than two hours later,Bill showed up. He stayed more than 5 hours trying to clean up my mess.He could not repair my Tv that night but took a part home and fixed it there. He then came back on Sunday,at no extra charge and finished the job! I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from this company! After investigation on utube the possible problem for my 61' Samsung unit and reading the reviews of Pro Video, I decided to give them a try. Because they took my 14 year old Hataichi 51 inch TV, that had bad color line distortions, and bad fine tuning, and made it a brand newTV just out of the store . These people have a work ethic that I thought was lost in this country. My very high end plasma TV that I love stopped powering up and I was devistated knowing that its picture can not be reproduced by even the best TVs available today. Bill and his son came to my home promptly and began to preform surgery on circuit boards that are no longer available. After several hours I began to think it was hopeless, just then Bill turned to me and said "this is a tough one but I will not leave here until it is working properly again". Needless to say,the patient pulled through and my plasma TV was back and working perfectly. With his never say die attitude I think that Bill will forget more about TV repair than most will ever even learn.

I was surprise that Pro Video was able to come out the same day that we called. Bill and his son did a awesome job on our 84 inch tv. He made sure everything was working before he left to our satisfaction. Thank you again.

We woke up one morning to our Samsung DLP refusing to turn on. I googled Tamp TV repairs and came across Pro Video. I was thrilled to find someone who would come to my house. Bill and his son were there within two hours of my phone call. They were very professional and clean. The first thing they did was place a mat on the floor to protect my wood floors. Next he explained what was wrong and had the parts to fix it. He seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy! Bill even asked for furniture polish to clean the dust bunnies behind the tv! He convinced me that a better surge protector would keep this from happening again and we should get at least another 10 years out of our TV. Bill even called me later that day to make sure we were happy with the TV and service! PRO VIDEO IS AWESOME!!!

Bill and his son were awesome. They came out the same day fixed our TV right there on the spot and replaced our bad outlet. They were very friendly and eager to do anything we needed done to get our TV up and running that day. We would highly recommend them. After calling several TV Repair companies who would not come to our home, I landed on this company. I explained that we had a large screen TV and it wasn't working. Didn't know whether or not to fix it or get rid of it. Explained the problem, they said they would get back with me which they did. They gave me the diagnosis over the phone and price for everything. It was a lot, but a lot cheaper than buying a new set! They came right out and fixed it in our home. It was a pleasure working with them.

I filled out the online repair request (at 2AM) and got a response the same morning. I explained my problem and they immediately scheduled me an appointment .. for the same morning. Mr. Stevenski (owner and lead tech) showed up and repaired my Television on the spot. No inflated price sheet, no "guess"timates. He would not give me a price until he explained what was wrong and knew what to do to fix it. He carefully handled my TV and got it working again and even guaranteed the work for 6 months, even took time to reset the picture and helped to rehang it on the stand. I called today and within 4 hours Mr. Stevenski and his son were here and both of my TV's were fixed and working. Not only was he friendly, professional and proficient he did not charge for the 2nd TV because it just needed to be reset. Such honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. They had a surge protector that I could buy, saving me from a trip to the store and figuring out how it works. Bottom line is they extended the type of customer care you wish everyone would give. Great service and so happy with my TV. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained things and came prepared with parts. He fixed our 5 yr. old Samsung DLP that I was going to trash. The picture is better than ever. His son was very nice and both men were tidy and careful not to scratch the TV or furniture. Outstanding is an understatement. Customer is always first. Good that honest business' still exist. While I had given up on my 61" Samsung, Pro Video did not and invested numerous hours above and beyond to ensure the customer was satisfied (even took my TV to their shop for late night troubleshooting). They logged a significant number of hours in troubleshooting my TV that went above & beyond the expected & could have charged a significant amount more money for my repair (and completely justified), however Pro Video believes the customer is more important than money. They tirelessly reached out to several Samsung consultants to assist in the repairs. Family business' w/ a solid professional standard are rare today, however Pro Video is a perfect example of what small business used to be but are rare to find now. We tripped across the ad for this great company in a local newspaper. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about the service we received. Unbelievably quick, honest and so friendly. We had a second outdoor tv go bad on our lanai. Not only did they fix that one (within 24 hours) but fixed our first original one that had been propped up against a garage wall for over a year. We got two repaired tv's for the price of what it would of cost us to replace one! They came right to the house and picked up and dropped off. This is a wonderful family owned business that we highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Pro Video TV repair. We called for repair late afternoon and Lorraine, informed us what the possible problem was with the TV and stated they had parts in stock could be there after 5pm. Bill and son showed up around 6 pm, checked out the TV from head to toe, to let us know if worth fixing or not. Needless to say due to a power surge, the TV had some major damage. Bill stayed until 9:30 to get the repair completed, even though his hours end at 8pm. Bill is very knowledgable and informed us every step of the way what had to be done. You could see he took great pride in doing the job right I have dealt with many TV repair Technicians, and they do not compare, not even close, to the service we received from Pro Video TV Repair. I have never called for repair in the past, and was informed of the problem over the phone, much less an estimate of the price, and that the parts were in stock, before the repairman even arrived at the home. Awesome!

Our 56" Samsung DLP tv has had different issues every year since the warranty expired. Back on July 22, 2013 we contacted a Samsung authorized service center to fix it. As of Sep 4, 2013 nobody has showed up. That's when we decided to contact BBB rated TV repair service, PRO VIDEO. A family-owned business which lives to its reputation of courtesy, promptness and professionalism. Starting with the phone call with Lorraine. We described the problems and said she'll call back. She did so within 30 minutes; Her husband, Bill Stevenski and son were at our house within two hours. They thoroughly checked the tv and gave us an honest assessment. We then decided, this tv was not worth spending more money. Bill offered us a deal on a new 60" Vizio Smart tv, warranty included. They set it up, provided HDMIs, hooked up the blu-ray, wii and xbox as well. In addition, they moved our 46" tv to our BR, set it up, tweaked it. PRO VIDEO, we highly recommend them for their dedication and generosity.

If you don't know who to call because you aren't sure who to trust, look no more. My experience with Pro Video was extraordinary and I recommend having Bill to work on anyone's TV. I own a Samsung 52" LCD that began to turn on with vertical bars and then off, then on again. Bill went through the TV and replaced the keypad, re-built the capacitors and T- Con board. When Bill left my house I knew my TV was in better condition because I watched the entire process. Bill told me that if I had any future problems it would be the T- Con board and he would come back and put a new board in at no charge. Well, 9 weeks later the TV had the same symptoms and I called Bill to have him give it a go one more time. Now, my TV has a better picture than ever. Bill is reliable, extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and FAIR! Pro Video is a family owned business that is hard to beat. Bill and Bill Jr., in the field and Lorraine running the office. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

After consulting with another local TV repair service, I went with my intuition and agreed to have Bill and his son come to look at my 5 yr old Samsung 47" LCD. I noted they were quick to use on hands diagnosing and delivered me the news that the TV was shot. I was really disappointed since it was an expensive set. Bill was very thorough in his explanations, and even though I have no knowledge of TV repair, I knew Bill's character was straight up and actually passionate with what he does. He gave me a deal I could not refuse on a new TV, same size, set it up, gave me a crash course and provided his warranty and assurance of being available for future service or phone questions. I have a 10 yr old 60 + inch projection TV,,, was afraid nobody would know how to work on it with all the new TV's and technology. Not a problem. They came out right away and took their time to look at it. rebuilt the tuner and it is working again, must cheaper than having to replace the TV. When repair was complete, he took the time to adjust my color settings and picture...didn't have to do this, but that is just how awesome they are. Bill Stevenski the service tech for Pro Video just left my home. I must say that I was truly impressed. First, I received very detailed answers for each question that l asked in the initial phone call that made me put these guys at the top of my list. I myself previously worked as an appliance repair electronics tech, but had no idea what I was dealing with when it came to my HD Plasma TV. Not only did i receive accurate responses to my initial inquiries, I received what i felt was a personal experience that you just do not see anymore with home repair techs that I feel are out to see just how much money they can get from you to do a minimal amount of work. Let me tell you these guys are dinosaurs, a relic of the 50?s , when service was truly service. I have had Bill out twice for my Samsung DLP TV. Bill came out on a Sunday and Fathers day no less! He is a true professional and isn't out to scam or make a quick buck. He and his son came out on time and worked diligently and professionally, explaining what he is doing and why as he works. My TV is as good as new! The second visit involved a new lamp that had problems due to a power surge. Since the lamp was a year old, Bill replaced it and only charged his cost. He also replaced a switch while in there an NO COST. It has not been my experience to have businesses who truly value their customers and care about their quality of work the way they do. Great service. Bill and Lorraine arrived on time and very well prepared to accomplish a very difficult task. Bill spent almost 3 hours to fix my 65" Mitsubishi. TV again works great. Price remained as quoted and very reasonable. I will recommend to Pro Video to all my friends.

Our 61" Mitsubishi TV lamp blew yesterday watching the Master's Golf Tournament. We called Pro Video-TV at 8pm that evening and the next day the TV was fixed and brighter than before. Very professional and I would recommend them to others.

I cant believe how honest and professional they were. Found problems on my tv that had not gone bad yet and were able to fix on the spot at no extra charge. Were with me for 2 hours and the bill was less than I expected. Very good price to save my Sony Bravia TV. Sony wanted to charge me over 600.00 My bill was less than 150.00 and the tv is working great. Problem was fixed on the spot. Very honest and trustworthy. Cant say enough good about this company and you will not be disappointed. Could not believe the detailed work that they did to solve problem and how much testing went into making sure prob was fixed. They didnt just fix and run out. Checked multiple things. Great company!

After the initial service call and repair, another problem appeared. Bill showed up, hours after the call, to address the problem which required him to make a third visit with an upgraded power supply board to fix the problem. This is the BEST service company I have every dealth with!. They answer the phone any time of the day and even into the evening hours. Pro Video repaired our 61" Samsung DLP this week. I called and gave the problem on the phone. They said they needed to do research and would get back to us that morning. Lorraine called back within an hour and advised us of the parts we needed to fix the problem. They came the same day and we are so happy we don't have to buy a new TV that would cost us over $1500. Our Samsung DLP looks better than new. Bill worked very professionally and gave us a fair price for the repair. He even gave us a free remote for the TV because we lost the original in the move. Pro Video has the best customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Don't call any one else. The one star review is totally off the chart and not possible from Pro Video. I don't normally write reviews unless a company goes above and beyond their Scope of Work. This company was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about my TV. They actually saved me from a possible disaster because the internal parts of my television were on the verge of catching fire. My TV looks like I just brought home from the showroom which is more than I was expecting. They went a step further and cleaned all the internal parts and checked all the settings that I had previously messed up. This is a first class company and highly recommend them to everyone!

He spent hours repairing my Sony and would not give up until he found the problem. Wow. I can't say enough... Top notch. Great service. Fair price. Totally satisfied with the TV repair on my 61" Samsung DLP. It was a little over 5 years old and the color wheel blew up and destroyed the lamp as well. I was devastated as I like the projection TV.s much more than todays flat screen. This TV had cost me $3,000 five years ago. When I called, Bill and his wife came out within 2 hours. They had the correct replacement parts and had the TV up and running in little over an hour. I recently called Pro Video-TV Service to get repairs on my 65" TV. I was surprised at their honesty and the help they gave me over the phone. They gave me some simple instructions and repaired my TV, without a service call, or service fee. I highly recommend this company for any and all TV repair services. Exceptional Service from our initial call to Lorraine to Bill completing the repair of our 6 year old SONY Large Screen TV. Bill identified a second problem after fixing the first. I needed repairs on a Samsung DLP TV. I did my research, and I was not just looking for a one time repair but also for a long time company with whom to establish a trusting relationship with. I choose Pro Video who are rated A+ on BBB. I spoke with both Bill & his wife Lorraine. I explained the problem and unlike the others I had spoken with, they listened, came out immediately with all available parts and they proceeded to not only repair the problem DLP lamp and color-wheel, but they used original and upgraded parts. They also repaired the damage from the substandard parts used by the prior "in warranty service person". They actually showed me what they were do, they cleaned the entire inside of the tv and showed the broken parts and explained how to tell if the lamp was broken." That is how honest Pro Video (Bill and Lorraine) were. The color on my TV is phenomenal. I would recommend Bill & Lorraine to anyone. ***Excellent Customer Service**** They have my work for life. I would like to express in the strongest terms how pleased my family and I have been with the service and expertise we received from Pro Video. Last Saturday, we found ourselves without any power to our family room TV. Recently my Samsung DLP stopped working. I called Pro Video and Loraine spent quite a long time on the phone to try and help me before sending out a technician (which she didn't have to do). I called a day later to ask her something else, and she was nice enough to help me again. Pro Video didn't make a dime for doing this for me. They were truly amazing with their knowledge of our very special television, and had all of the tools and TV parts in their SUV to repair our TV beautifully on one visit!. Pro Video means it when they say they are family operated. The entire family came to my house to repair my projection tv. This is a clean, professional and extremely thorough company. They don't take your television to a shop. Instead, they work on it in your home by bringing the parts they diagnose you will need from the description you give them over the phone. Bill Stevenski actually soders your mother board right there in front of you! He then checks the entire system for future problems he sees and repairs them right then and there. He doesn't pad the bill either. He gives you a quote when you call and he goes above and beyond the initial repair all for the same price. He fixed several issues that he saw were about to occur with my television as well as vacume it out. He even went into another room and checked another set out for issues and repaired a cable cord.. all included. I can't say enough good about this company. I will refer them to everyone I meet.
